Halton Radio Club

Halton Radio Club is a small club that was formed in late 1997 by a group of like minded individuals and is open to all who have an interest in Amateur Radio, CB Citizen band radio, Shortwave listening,  and radio associated electronics and computing.(Age restrictions apply).

 

We meet in the hall of the PlayCentre building every on the 1st & 3rd Thursday of every month between 7.30 pm and 9.30 pm throughout the year.
 
Between us we can provide free friendly advice on most aspects of Radio and and know some of the best places to source information and equipment.
 
Membership is required. However, the first three visits are free, thereafter £2.00 per visit which includes free refreshments. Smoking or alcohol are not permitted during meetings.

There are plenty of free parking spaces available, and the building has wide e lectronic operated doors withfull disabled access, including toilet, kitchen facilities., and is fully heated.

Halton Radio Club Is Not Currently running any Offical Courses at  present However we may be able to assist you in preparing you for taking your Radio Exam by providing Some Preoperational Tutoring.
