Support arrangements for the holiday period

If you require urgent technical support over the holiday period:

• If your email is working then send Nick an email at the usual address.  Do include a brief description of the problem together with times and days when you can be contacted.
• If the problem is with your Internet connection or something else that stops you sending an email then call the Telematics Centre on 01928 790228 and leave a message.  We will check messages every couple of days and get back to you.
