Dear Members Just a short note to keep you updated, I have recently been seeking funding For our club. I have spoken to many people from various organisation that maybe able to help and as a result I have received some application forms from one of the organisations and I have arranged a meeting provisionally for the middle of January with the grants management officer to help me with the filling in of the forms. however if you have any suggestions as to what equipment would be useful and would enhance your visit or learing experience then please email Paul your suggestions as soon as possible as this will give him enough  time to research your suggestions and obtain costings ..

I have a few suggestions of my own, things like.

Paper for the white board. white board markers, laptop or projector, construction equipment or test equipment, website hosting with email facilitys.
