Bill Wells, former Chairman and founder of Windmill Hill Community Forum, died in Halton Haven just before Christmas.  He was 89.

The funeral will take place in St Berts Church, Windmill Hill, Runcorn, on Wednesday 2nd January 2008 at 10 am and then 11 am at the Crematorium.
