Nan Wells was a greatly loved member of the Windmill Hill community. With her late husband Bill they were founder members of the Windmill Hill Action Forum in 1986 which is now the Windmill Hill Community Forum.

Bill was the Chairman of the Forum for many years and Nan was his able assistant. They were both fully committed to, and supportive of, making Windmill Hill a better place to live.

St.Berts Church, and the Bingo Club in particular, have lost a very dear friend who was a superb cook, and was renowned for her fabulous cakes.

There will be a service for Nan at St Berts Church on Thursday 10th July at 10am, then on to the Walton Creamatorium at at 11am.
