Monday's Forum meeting on Monday 11 January 2010 is cancelled due to the current weather conditions.

There has been no gritting of the approach roads to the Playcentre, ie Nortonwood Lane and Norton Hill, which are impassable unless you have a 4 x 4, and the footpaths are treacherous also.

In view of the weather forcast for the next few days which anticipates icy easterly winds and a further drop in temperatures, there appears to be no chance of conditions improving. In light of this information, it was thought that in the interest of safety, it was better to cancel the meeting.

The meeting will be rearranged when the snow and ice have cleared.
